Caged Bird HR® was founded by an HR professional who had worked within the system and didn’t like what she saw. She witnessed firsthand how the system worked for some, but not for all. Especially not for those who are already marginalized: Black women, people of color, disabled workers, caregivers, immigrants, and those experiencing bias, retaliation, or silence.
We reimagined HR as it should be: supportive, honest, and transparent. A service offered directly to you, on your terms, when you need it most.
