About Us

Caged Bird HR®, a division of Worklution Inc., is the first HR services company to provide independent HR support directly to employees. We serve individuals across the U.S. who are seeking a safe, confidential space to receive objective, expert HR advice from seasoned professionals.

We are currently seeking experienced HR consultants to provide on-demand guidance to employees navigating complex workplace issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment law, HR policies, and best practices, and the ability to translate that knowledge into clear, actionable advice.

About the Role

The HR Consultant & Programs Manager plays a dual role, combining 1:1 client consulting with program and event leadership, extending Caged Bird HR’s reach through webinars, workshops, and educational partnerships.

You’ll guide employees through real workplace challenges while designing learning experiences that educate thousands on how to protect their peace and power at work.
