Setting the intention for the day
Why labor strategy and life strategy cannot be separated

Corporate Consciousness
Understanding Labor, Power, and Identity in Corporate Spaces

An honest conversation about how corporate systems shape the lived experiences of marginalized and minority workers. The discussion centers on structures, incentives, and power rather than individual failure. Attendees gain language, awareness, and strategy to move through professional environments with clarity instead of self blame.

90 Minute Workshop Block 1

AI at Work
How AI Actually Works and Where Humans Still Matter

A deep dive into how AI systems function, where they fail, and how value is created in AI driven companies. Participants learn to identify where they add value, how to avoid being sidelined by automation, and how to position themselves strategically alongside technology.

Transferable Skills
Turning Survival Into Strategy

An interactive workshop focused on identifying and translating skills developed through caregiving, burnout, layoffs, pivots, and lived experience. Participants leave with a reusable framework for articulating their value across roles and industries, and how to frame these skills in a resume.

Lunch and Facilitated Connections
Ask for what you need, and connect with whoever in the room can help. Community will carry us through.

Why rest alone does not fix it
Building sustainable energy and recovery practices

Concurrent Sessions Block B

Work Track

Leadership in the Age of AI

This session explores how leadership is evolving as AI reshapes decision-making, management, and power inside organizations. Rather than focusing on titles or technical fluency, it centers judgment, ethics, and human responsibility.

Life Track
Strategic Personal Finance for Long-Term Freedom

This session focuses on building wealth over time through intentional planning rather than short-term hustle or consumer-driven decisions. The goal is to help interns and early career professionals understand how financial choices connect to autonomy, career flexibility, and reduced dependence on unstable work environments.

Cross Track Fireside Conversation

Risk, Safety, and Survival at Work

How People Actually Make Career Decisions

This conversation reframes career decision-making away from ambition narratives and toward risk management. Instead of asking why people do not leave unhealthy workplaces sooner or take bolder professional risks, this session examines the real constraints they face. Financial pressure, family responsibility, health, immigration status, and structural inequality all shape what feels possible.

This fireside creates space for honesty without judgment. It helps attendees understand their past choices with compassion while developing clearer frameworks for future decisions.
